Approach

PM Consulting · Melbourne
Most businesses don’t need more tools. They need a clearer understanding of how those tools are used — and where value is actually created.

Approach

My work sits at the intersection of content, search, customer engagement, and process. These are often treated as separate problems. In practice, they are parts of the same system.

A typical engagement begins by identifying where a business is losing momentum — whether in visibility, engagement, or conversion. From there, improvements are made in a focused, practical way. Content is structured to attract the right audience. Engagement is strengthened through clearer pathways and, where appropriate, conversational interfaces.

The aim is not to add complexity, but to remove friction.

Work is iterative. Changes are introduced, observed, and refined. The emphasis is always on what is working in reality, rather than what should work in theory.

Experience

My background is in IT and consulting, with a focus on systems, operations, and continuous improvement. That work developed a practical understanding of how businesses function day to day — where inefficiencies arise, and how small changes can produce disproportionate results.

More recently, my work has centred on digital environments. This includes the design and management of chatbot systems, the development of SEO-led content strategies, and the structuring of multi-site platforms to improve visibility and engagement.

A current focus has been the development of content and engagement systems across a network of event and lifestyle websites, designed to generate traffic, improve interaction, and produce consistent enquiry.

Alongside this, I work with AI tools in a practical capacity — as a way to streamline production, improve responsiveness, and reduce manual effort.

Where Value Is Created

Most gains come from alignment rather than invention. When content, search, and engagement are working together, results tend to follow. When they are disconnected, effort is often wasted.

My role is to bring those elements into alignment, and to do so in a way that is sustainable — capable of improving over time, rather than dependent on constant intervention.
